Content types, on the other hand, store data structures that are shared across a site and apps. These data structures are usually stored in slots that model how those types of data are organised on the site, app or e-commerce system.
The structure, syntax, keywords, choosers and properties of a slot type are identical to those of the content types that it represents. This makes it easier to build new slots or reuse existing ones for your game.
Slot HTML element
The slot HTML element is a member of the Web Components technology suite and allows for distinct DOM trees and global attributes. It includes a name attribute that can be used to distinguish slot elements from their parent table element.
A slot type defines how data is structured and how the slots created from it are scheduled, published and consumed. It also models how the content within it is organized on your website, app or e-commerce system.
